20 months Vegan. Couldn’t lift 100kg on bench for a single rep back then. Today I did 3 sets of 10 Reps at 100kg which is 220lbs. Absolutely ecstatic. That’s a byproduct of focusing purely on bodybuilding too. If you don’t go vegan for the animals, do it for yourself! 🌱🦕 : veganfitness
