Are Vegans Deficient in B 12?
Most people want to know are vegans deficient in B 12. The only way that
one would know is by consulting with your physician. If the doctor
determines that you are low in B 12, there are options for you. One of
those healthy alternatives is by eating Nutritional Yeast. It tastes great
when sprinkled over vegetables, salads, pasta, even your favorite vegan
