Vegan Dairy-Free Brie Cheez

Makes 1 wheel (about 2 1/2 cups)

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 tbsp agar flakes, or 1 tbsp agar powder
  • 1/2 cup uncooked cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 cup agency silken tofu, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup dietary yeast flakes
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp sesame tahini
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp floor dill seed or floor coriander

Directions
