4-day-old vegan update (TMI warning) : veganfitness


So I’ve been vegan for a couple of days now and also I went vegan for ethical reasons btw. Energy to train has increased quite a bit, both strength and endurance have been awesome. These few days I’ve been able to poop much better since I pooped maybe 3 times a week when I was on your typical bodybuilding diet. Another odd thing had happened, the few girls that I’m currently seeing had told me that my pits smell way better??? I’ve been getting compliments on my body odor, which is very fucking weird. Anyone had that experience before?

Edit: Apart from some pringles here and there, I eat mostly WFPB
