For the sake of transparency, I should mention that I dabbled with ‘SARMS’ around 3 years back in my powerlifting days, and so it would be misleading for me to claim I am completely natural!

The purpose of this post is to showcase my experience maintaining muscle in a deficit while eating quite a bit less protein than we are told is needed (I rarely exceeded 120g a day).
