Advice for protien goals?



I have these frozen vegan meats like meatballs,nuggets, patties. I have protein pasta & whole wheat bread which surprisingly has 8g of protein. But other than that nothing else for protein. I usually would have protein pancakes with whey protein and get 50g in 4 pancakes but I wanted to go full vegan and the vegan powder is a problem so I don’t know what to do for the morning meal, any help?
