Both on the vegan side of things, as well as starting to take personal fitness more seriously?
I’m of about average fitness now. But with time and practice, wanna be MUCH more in shape as when I was younger! (More info- I’m 22 yr female)
On the vegan end-
Yes yes, a protein question. I know there’s plenty of sources- been on plant based diets for about 10 years! But am more asking for how much I should intake in a day if I’m trying to gain muscle mass?
As well as hitting any other nutritional things I’m not considered when working on fitness?
