After being junk food vegetarian for two years, starting today I’m going fully vegan moving forward! So excited for this new chapter in my life. : veganfitness


So I’ve been a lurker here for about a week. Working on recipes and meal preps to assure I’m getting at least a minimum of 138 grams of protein a day. I’m currently 6’7 173, and would really like to get upward to 200 over the course of time. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated!!
