Am I Nuts?

I’ve been vegan for 4 years, and even played college golf as a vegetarian. I eat mainly tofu, soymilk, peas, almonds, pecans, and flax as my protein sources. Sometimes up to 1 cup of nuts on.

I weigh about 130lbs, and eat roughly 40g/protein, 200/carb 90g/fat. Is this sufficient protein to hold muscle?
