I've been vegan for a little more than 8 months. 5'7 137 Lbs. I've been scrawny my whole life and never really cared, but now that I'm starting to find more passion in veganism I really want to set a good health example as well.
I'm fairly active (hikes, bike rides, some basketball ECT.) but don't do any real exersise.
Does anyone have any basic tips for gaining some muscle? Workout or diet. I don't have crazy standards either, 160 is my goal rn.
