Any bodyweight Strength Training programs I can follow with no equipment? 33/M/150lbs : veganfitness


I’ve been eyeing up Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 Strength training program for a while, but unfortunately our building gym remains closed so I don’t have access to barbells, which it primarily uses.

I have adjustable dumbbells that go up to 55lbs, but I’m wondering if anyone can recommend a good Strength Training Program, or if I can just put one together with different exercises I like, that focuses on building muscle using bodyweight?

I eat a lot of great Vegan whole foods and protein, and my fiancĂ©e is an amazing cook, so I’d like to start utilizing these nutrients and put some muscle on. Help?
