These apple nachos are ridiculously easy to make and only require 5 ingredients and 10 minutes. A wonderful snack that everyone will love!

I wanted to make a simple and colorful snack to serve whenever I have guests over, especially if they have kids. A quick recipe that didn’t require a lot of cooking but that was sweet and tasty at the same time. So when I discovered these apple nachos… I knew they were exactly what I needed!

Affordable and easy to prepare, these vegan nachos are made with only 5 ingredients and are ready in just 10 minutes. They really are a wonderful snack or dessert, perfectly sweet, and delicious!

How to make apple nachos

  • Place the apple slices in a bowl, add the lemon juice, and toss to coat.
  • Arrange the apple slices on a plate.
  • Heat the peanut butter just until warmed and melted.
  • Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the apple slices with a spoon.
  • Sprinkle the peanuts and the vegan chocolate chips over the plate as toppings.
  • Serve your apple nachos immediately.

Apple nachos ingredients and tips

  • Apples: to make this apple nachos recipe you can use any type of apples you like or have on hand.
  • Lemon juice: this ingredient is optional, but it prevents apples from turning brown.
  • Peanut butter: feel free to customize your apple nachos with other types of nut butters like almond butter or cashew butter!
  • Peanuts: any type of nuts or seeds will do. Add them raw or roasted, you choose!

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (60 ml)
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place the apple slices in a bowl, add the lemon juice, and toss to coat.
  2. Arrange the apple slices on a plate.
  3. Heat the peanut butter just until warmed and melted. You can warm it in the microwave for about 20 to 30 seconds.
  4. Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the apple slices with a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle the peanuts and the vegan chocolate chips over the plate as a topping.
  6. Serve your apple nachos immediately.

Notes

  • For this apple nachos recipe feel free to use any type of apples, any kind of nut butter (like almond butter or cashew butter), and your favorite kind of nuts or seeds.
