Are there any good low/no carb vegan foods that are high in calories? : veganfitness

I am on a Keto diet and intermittent fasting right now. However, the problem I’m having is that I’m struggling to get to 1000 calories with tofu, vegetables, and protein shake without going over the 50 carb limit. And I’m finding myself low on energy and lethargic. Do you guys have any recommendations on foods I can incorporate into my diet that are really low in carbs or have no carbs at all that are vegan and contain a lot of calories?
