Been running for a month now! Lost 15 pounds.



Also doing some core work outs as well as what I think is called free / bodyweight training? Yoga and belly dancing! Love my new hobby and the foods I’m eating! Pretty much raw vegan except for things like canned beans and quinoa. Really seeing the muscle tone in my calves which I never got before from soccer!

I’m just very happy and couldn’t figure out a better subreddit than here 🙂 ✌️
