I was a senior in undergrad in the before photo and beyond miserable, all the time. I’m just finishing my masters and even though it’s been a much harder, shittier experience I’m in a really good place mentally and physically.
I run 4-6 days a week (3-6 miles depending on the vibes). I started lifting and doing more body weight/resistance training about 6 months ago. And I rollerblade pretty regularly without really tracking, just go out and act like an asshole.
