I would like to know as much as possible about how to start bodybuilding. I have done research but it comes up with mixed findings. I am starting with cutting and I am eating small and low calorie meals every 2-3 hours. I have just started jogging and I lift lightly everyday. I would love to know the ins and outs of what I need to do. Thank you!
