My doctor told me I most likely have this, and has made me stop exercising. I did strenuous amounts of exercise and ate very high protein for a few months. He wants to see how I do in this week of simply relaxing my body as much as possible. I don’t have any crazy symptoms, just some cramps and fatigue. I was wondering what food guidelines I should follow to recover well.
Edit: What sort of exercises can I do? I was thinking light swimming would be alright, besides walking.
