Good morning y’all, I’ve been a lurking for a while. So I’m clean cutting right now- and I need some breakfast advice ! What do y’all eat that’s easy to make, bonus points if it can be done the night before !
I make overnight oats, and throw in some blueberries, and almond butter and I’ve been eating that every morning for weeks, however, past two days I’ve had trouble getting it down . My body is tired of it .
I’m keeping my macros high protein, and carbs low fat .
