I’m 23f and have been vegan for 3 years. I’ve been working out for a few years now and really want to get a bit more serious about body building and step on stage.
I’ve been doing pretty good programming for myself (food and workouts) but if I want to be competitive, I need a good coach.
Most of the bodybuilders and coaches I know are not vegan and I’m not sure how well they would do programming food for a vegan lifestyle. I also don’t want someone who’s going to try and push me to eat animal products because “that’s the only/best way”.
Anywayyyy I’m posting here to maybe see if any of you have worked with body building coaches while vegan and could recommend anyone for me??
