Consistency and a healthy reasonable (but not too high) protein vegan diet have been my recipe for success. I was always a “hardgainer”, but I finally found success. I’m happy to answer any questions on diet and routine in the comments! : veganfitness


Thank you! I eat Seitan, tofu, some mock meats, lots of sandwiches, a protein shake or so per day, lots of broccoli and cauliflower, but mostly a pretty standard diet, just with the vegan equivalent.

Here’s a typical day:

Breakfast: kamut cereal, pea protein, chia seeds, raisins and blueberries Soy milk in my coffee (no sugar) throughout the day

Lunch: Seitan sandwich and/or Peanut butter and jelly sandwich

Snack: Pea Protein shake and dried fruit or something carby

Dinner: Usually soy or seitan based (tofu, faux meat, etc) with some veggies and a carb (rice, pasta, potatoes, bread) for sides. Often a little something sweet post dinner dessert.
