hi friends! so, long story short, i’m looking to lose weight. i lost about 80lbs a few years before going vegan, so i get the basic concept of watch your calories and exercise to lose weight. however, i feel like i’m having trouble losing weight as a vegan, and i think this can be attributed to calorie counting. are you supposed to be counting EVERY calorie? like counting every cup of spinach or piece of watermelon? i know to count foods more calorie dense, but am i supposed to count vegetable and fruit calories?
