What do you guys find are the best foods for high-protein?
Best foods for energy?
Fitness goals (primarily relating to weight-lifting) are an important focus for me so any food suggestions to assist here would be appreciated.
And if you don't mind sharing, could you give a rough/quick outline of what your meal-plans kinda look like from breakfast, snacks through to evening meal.
Bonus question: Best food combos? (Your absolute favourite, tasty good stuff!).
