Hello fellas, I turned vegan last year when the pandemic started and have been working all my way up to enjoy food without giving up on taste, that is, discovering new food items. I pretty much have a good going with food but when it comes to finding sources for pre and post workout meals I have a thin knowledge of it. I would like to know what do you consume for maintaining the energy levels, protein intake etc. Could anyone recommend me few food sources that are effective in the longer run? Thank you!
