Do I need to add anything to my diet? : veganfitness

Breakfast: 6 falafel, smoothie(banana, 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup oats, flaxseed)

Lunch: chili, 1 cup of applesauce, 1oz peanuts

Dinner: burrito(whole wheat tortilla, cucumber, hummus, avocado, mixed veggies, rice, 1/4 cup black beans), 2 cups of broccoli,1 cup of almond milk

Drink(s):16 cups of water, and tea

I also take a multivitamin, but is there anything I should add to this?
