Do you measure Tofu macro BEFORE or AFTER squeezing the water out?



I'm using the Nasoya Extra firm tofu, which says 455g = 650cal, 70g protein. But when I squeeze the water out using a Tofu press, it goes down to about 350g.. do I count it as 455g or 350g to track macros? Thanks!
