European burger chain Flower Burger has opened in London this month, serving up vibrant, Instagram-friendly rainbow burgers.
Have you ever eaten a vegan burger in a neon green bun? At Flower Burger, you can! Vibrant plant-based burger chain Flower Burger is opening in London this month, with yellow, green, purple and pink coloured buns.
The chain already has 14 sites across Italy and France, but it aims to open 40+ sites across UK cities over the next 10 years.
The colourful buns are tinted using natural ingredients such as turmeric, beetroot, spirulina and black carrot, making them 100% plant-based.
Exclusive to the UK menu will be the ‘Jungle Burger’ featuring a red bean and oat patty, lettuce, tomatoes, courgette, cheddar and smoky BBQ sauce in a vibrant green bun.
Other burgers on the menu include the Cherry Bomb – a lentil and rice patty in a neon pink bun, and the OG Flower Burger – a seitan and kidney bean patty in a violet-coloured bun.
Not just burgers
Aside from the vast array of vibrantly coloured burgers, Flower Burger also serves up a variety of sides and desserts.
To complement your burger you can tuck into potato wedges, patatas bravas and salted edamame beans. Alternatively, if you have a sweet tooth, indulge in some Chocolate Salami or the Coco-nuts raw vegan coconut cheesecake with a nutty base and a chocolate glaze topping.
You can even opt for a meal deal from just £10.95 for a funky burger, side, and drink.
The new burger joint will join the likes of recent additions in London including Lewis Hamilton-backed Neat Burger, Shoreditch’s Halo Burger, and vibrant chain The Vurger Co.
Flower Burger is currently only available for collection and takeaway on Uber Eats. However, once lockdown is over, you can perch on one of the 30 socially distanced seats in the kaleidoscopic Beatles inspired interior, or eat your burger on the heated terrace.
