-I guess you're new to working out,well-congrats you've decided to join the gym or work out at home. There may be different reasons why you started working out, but I can assure you starting the gym is the best thing you have done

-as a beginner, there are some things you need to know before getting to the gym.

  1. Set Goals

Do you want to burn 20 pounds of fat, gain some mass, or look like freakin Arnold? You decide what your goal is, but a goal is a must-have

  1. Be Consistent

Now, this is hard especially if you're used to waking up late and if you have no experience with sports or activities. It'll be really uncomfortable to get up at 5:00 am in the morning and go to the gym or stay away from that pizza we both love but know it's unhealthy, but when you feel lazy or unmotivated, remind yourself why you're doing this.

  1. Have a Workout Buddy

If it's possible it will be great to have a friend who will motivate you to work out.

  1. Get Familiar with the tools

I see many guys do some stupid things at the gym because they have no idea of what they are doing, don't be those guys

  1. Warm and Stretch

I won't say much about this but stretching and warm-up will help you prevent injuries
