Fatty healthy breakfast : veganfitness


First thing in the morning I like to eat a breakfast high in fat and protein. I’ve been eating mostly oatmeal with a lot of peanut butter and seeds.

Sometimes I also eat toast with avocado and some type of protein soy milk. But this is quite expensive so I don’t do it too often.

Do you have any tips in other good healthy breakfast option for me?
