Finally fixed my protein pancakes.
Just got another powder. Vega vanilla with 30g in one scoop. I swapped it out with my other one and i made pancakes rn and it came out amazing. I put some baking powder and one scoop of the powder and did everything the same. Also when I was cooking it I put it in the middle of the pan instead of one the side and made 2 big pancakes and it was nice and cooked in the middle. So ya I finally succeeded. Also I thought I’ve been getting only 40-60 g of protein at 14 yrs old but I’ve now realized I’ve been getting 85-150g. So I finally fixed two long problems in one.
