There’s a new vegan cheese hitting the UK supermarkets this week, Follow Your Heart has launched its new vegan feta alternative.
The Californian vegan brand promises its vegan feta is a “like-for-like replacement” of its dairy alternative.
Additionally, the vegan Feta Crumbles are free from gluten, lactose, soy and preservatives.
Vegan feta fans can now get Follow Your Heart’s Feta Crumbles at Tesco for £3.50 (RRP).

Follow Your Heart, which is now owned by dairy giant Danone, first launched its vegan feta alternative in the US.
Following its successful launch, the company hope its vegan cheese will be as successful in the UK.
Moreover, the vegan Feta Crumbles received sterling reviews on the brand’s Instagram account, with vegan feta fans labelling it as their favourite vegan cheese.
One follower commented: “Best new product in years. Life changing.”
Follow Your Heart recommends sprinkling its vegan feta in Greek gyros for an authentic taste. Yum!
“Keeping things clean and minimal to create inherently better-for-you products”
In a statement made to Vegan Food & Living, FYH’s European Business Developer, John O’Connor, shared: “We are passionate about showing UK shoppers how delicious and easy plant-based eating can be.
“In contrast to some other brands with long ingredients lists including unrecognisable components, Follow Your Heart focuses on keeping things clean and minimal to create inherently better-for-you products for shoppers.”
Furthermore, the dairy alternative brand is embarking on a rebrand to celebrate its remarkable 50th anniversary.
Interestingly, Follow Your Heart said the rebrand is a better reflection of its beginnings in 1970 as a soup and sandwich bar in California.
