Food intolerance? : veganfitness

Hi everyone, just a quick question to see if anyone has experienced anything similar. I’ve been following a very lean diet for the past year consisting almost entirely of whole foods with the exception of skinny pop and sooooometimes ezekial bread. otherwise the only carbs i have come from fruits and veggies and potatoes. Now, every time I eat anything that I don’t make myself I feel sick to my stomach and get really bad stomach pain. Have I developed a food intolerance? Should I do anything about it? For example, a coworker of mine prepared some brunch for us to have and it was vegan hash browns and vegan pancakes, and I made the tofu scramble that I have regularly. I now feel nauseous and almost can’t keep it down. Does anyone have a suggestion?
