my “safe” foods are noodles with mayo and hot sauce. I eat broccoli with my noodles sometimes. I also drink milkshakes, ice cream, anything with a homogenous texture. There’s nothing I can’t eat but things with textures are just really unappetising and when noodles are so easy to make and my favourite food, it’s hard to eat anything else. I’m looking to lose 10lbs or so and then bulk to gain muscle but a recomp at maintenance would also be fine. Currently, I don’t eat enough protein for this, maybe 15g from the milk I drink.
