Is it possible?
I’ve had gains on a pescatarian and omnivorous diet.
My regimen is 16:8 and 20:4 intermittent fasting period.
Body weight strength training 1/3/5 (mainly pull ups)
2 mile cardio runs 2/4/6
Natural no steroids or supplements.
Looking to maintain my current muscle mass which is lean and low body fat (15%). 178cm 63kg.
Any advice is appreciated thanks!
