I’m about a year into lifting. Vegan for a couple of months. Emphasis on powerlifting/strongman. I comfortably added 140 pounds to my deadlift, about 90 pounds to my bench, and 60 to squat.
I don’t put a lot of work into squats because my knees make a lot of noise and I want to get checked out by a physical therapist.
I don’t know if these numbers are good. I know it’s a decent jump in numbers but I think I’m still weak considering my height and weight.
I know everyone is different but should I have been able to add more weight into my big 3?
