Getting too thin..

Went vegan a couple months ago and have gotten really thin.. am an active 21 y/o male about 6’ 150lbs, probably weigh a bit less though now. Looking to put on some weight and was hoping that you all might have some advice. My plan is to follow a LP strength training program like 3×5 or 5×5 (did starting strength for a while when I was still eating omni and saw good results. But RIP to those gains). What are your thoughts on starting strength vs stronglifts? -And do you have any advice for nutrition? Thanks
