guide to pimp your overnight oats on a bulk. 1000kcal breakfast : veganfitness


I’ve been eating overnight oats for 5 years. I always had it with an apple, frozen blueberries and cinnamon but my girlfriend taught me to pimp my overnight oats. I used to very much like my basic overnight oats but now that it’s pimped I’ve been looking forward to eating it every morning.

Base

200g oats

300ml soy milk

add water if you want I let mine soak for 8 hours.

Spice

cinnamon

Fruit : Choice is yours I prefer apple and blue berries

Frozen blueberries

apple

pineapple

strawberries

raspberries

Dried fruit: I prefer dried cranberries

raisins

cranberries

figs

dates

Seeds: I eat 10g of ground flax seed for omega 3

ground flax seed

chia seed

hemp seed

Optional

Scoop of protein powder

Nuts: I don’t use nuts because I’m high carb low fat

Sweetener: I use stevia and maple syrup

It’s over 1000kcal as breakfast for me each day. I’m filled for at least 6 hours. Happy oats day long!
