Thank you! I stick to protein oats with pb, banana, and flax. Lunches and dinners are a mix of beans, grains, veggies, healthy fats like avocado. And then I have fruit and another protein shake for snacks. I’m working on building up my IG where I’ll be posting more about my food and workouts (6 days a week btw) if you want to give a follow!
