I'be eaten alot of mock meats lately. It's easy to cook and contain alot of protein. 600 grams of food contain 150 gram of protein. But it's expensive and I am getting tired of it. I often switch to beans to be more healthy. Yesterday I ate 1 kg of chick peas but it only contained 43 grams of protein. I can't eat 3 kg a day to fulfill my protein goal. Huel seems cheaper and contains alot of protein. I am afraid it's unhealthy though.
