Hello, I am new at this



I have started working out and I'm not sure on what foods to focus to get my proteins in so I can build some muscles. I bought pumpkin seeds because they are rich in proteins but they also have a lot of fats. Same goes with hemp seeds. So what do you guys recommend to eat in order to get enough proteins for building some muscle? Thanks in advance guys much love
