Help! High Protein Low Fat options. : veganfitness


I’ve been working on upping my nutrition game, and have been trying to put more focus on my macros my issue is that any day I hit my protein I’m also going way over my fat. I eat lots of tofu, and usually have 1 if not 2 protein shakes a day. What are your go-to high protein low fat options? Or if you’ve had this problem in the past how did you fix it?
