Hey there. I know everyone has workouts that they particularly enjoy. Gyms are constantly being closed down here where I live, STILL, due to Covid. :/ I prefer to go to the gym. Home workouts just don’t motivate me at all. I love the feeling of being strong and fit, but I have absolutely no motivation to do a home workout… especially not when my entire family is just hanging around.
Any advice on getting out of a laziness rut? I go on long walks and enjoy running. It’s just the strength conditioning that sucks.
