Hey guys I was wondering if there would be any adverse health benefits to eating one meat-based meal a month, while the rest of your food being vegan.

By the way, I am a brand new vegan and over time I am going to completely cut the meat out, but as of right now I consider myself addicted to meat. And so my plan is to eat a little bit of meat every month to satisfy those cravings, and slowly reduce it to the point where my I only consume vegan foods.
