My friend has always had trouble gaining weight due to low appetite and fast metabolism, and now that he’s vegan, is finding it even more difficult. He’s trying to eat over 2,500 calories a day. What are some of the highest calorie food recommendations you have to gain weight? He’s eating lots of hemp protein and drinking shots of olive oil. Any other ideas?
