high protein low cal : veganfitness

Hello, I’m a F22, 5’2, trying to lose some stubborn weight, possibly without losing the little muscle I have and, ideally, increasing it a little (I’m a beginner at strength training so I read it just might be possible).

I’ve done all my homework for what concerns calories and in particular protein needs. Turns out I should be eating around 1100 cal per day, with like 100-130g of protein.

This is all very well, except I’m really struggling to fit all that protein in so little calories, without actually drowning myself in protein powder.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, especially if you have some examples of meals that could work for these macros.
