In my culture we eat a lot of pastries and flaky deserts with coffee, and lots of fish/meat. Half of the fridge is cheese.
I have no problem quitting coffee cream, no milk in the house, and have many periods where eating meat everyday grosses me out.
I think I can even give up chicken but my favourite movie time snacks are all bad for me anyway but once every two weeks I love a box of croissants.
Even with a good diet otherwise, my skin suffers every time I consume a bit of sugar when I’m at dinner or a friend’s home.
I want to try it mostly because I feel clean after eating vegan some days by accident.
I also have celiac disease – any suggestions??
