How do I lose body fat without losing weight? : veganfitness

Hi all,

Looking for some help for my new fitness journey!

I’m a pretty petite woman: my BMI is 20.5 and my body fat is at 26% so, I’m trying to determine how to lose body fat without losing weight!

I work out 4x a week and since last month I started incorporating weights (for the first time in my life). Any advise on what I should be doing to get to 18-22% body fat?
