How do you keep your protein high during weight loss? Is seitan and tempeh the only way?

Looking to stick between 1500-1700 calories most days for a couple of months and I’m finding it difficult to hit higher than 115-130 grams without going over my calorie intake. Thinking I may just have to add calories and additional training to compensate. Would like to bring up the daily total to 150-170 grams.
