Hiya! I’ve been vegan for about 2 months and vegetarian for about 8 years- recently been starting to get into fitness however after about 10 m in minutes of cardiovascular exercise (light jogging) I start to feel very sick and I don’t know why? Is this something I just need to keep at and gradually increase my stamina?
Also how long do you all exercise for a day? Been looking at starting a daily routine (19/yo male, 67kg 184cm) to start building up some muscle and any tips are welcome? Eg. Should I start by eating more protein? Etc.
