Hi all, I am a 5”8 male on a vegan diet.
Did an inbody scan and my BMR is 1747 and my body fat is 20%. I lift 3x a week and walk 2-5 miles a day depending on whether I lift or not.
I’ve set my calories at 2000. My goal is 10% body fat. Is this too much or too little calories to start my cut with? Will I lose weight effectively with this?
