I’m fairly new to being vegan and I’m feeling great so far.
I’m 5’10, 160 lbs (male), about 10% body fat. I run 5 miles per day (6 days a week) and lift weights 4 days a week. I’ve never really paid attention to calories but I think I’ve been under eating for awhile, and I want to finally stay consistent, track my calories and see better results in my athletic performance and physique. What should my daily calorie intake be? Is 3,000-3,500 enough?
